The project centres on a substantial underground and rear extension designed to transform the home into a multi‑use entertainment and wellness hub, featuring a games room, gym, cinema, bar, and additional bedrooms. The scope extended beyond new spaces to a comprehensive whole‑house re‑wire that enables centralized control of lighting, shading, audio, and video across every zone, creating a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
A core objective was to deliver a discreet yet powerful control system that respects the home’s interior design while providing maximum flexibility. To this end, we installed invisible speakers that deliver immersive audio without visual intrusion, and televisions mounted with recessed boxes to maintain clean sightlines. Samsung Frame TVs were integrated to offer high‑impact visuals that can revert to art when not in use, further enhancing the home’s gallery‑like aesthetic.
In the heart of the project, a racing simulator was integrated to bring professional‑grade performance into the domestic setting, seamlessly controlled alongside the home’s other media and automation functions.
The result is a comprehensive system that orchestrates lighting, shading, audio, and video, and bespoke entertainment experiences across the entire property, delivering a refined solution that aligns with the client’s evolving lifestyle and long‑standing trust in our team.
