For Salcombe Tap House Micro Brewery, we designed and implemented a centralized audio and digital display solution that enhances the guest experience while maintaining a discreet aesthetic.
The system employs distributed audio across dining, bar, and lounge areas, with centralized management of playlists and soundscapes via SoundTrack my Brand, ensuring consistent tone and branding throughout the venue. Speakers and Amplifiers are Blaze Audio, which is a Sonance brand. Samsung Frame TVs are deployed not only for entertainment but also as dynamic digital displays, doubling as promotional canvases for events and seasonal promotions when not in use for viewing. Where sport is a focal draw, additional displays and highโquality, roomโfilling audio are configured to deliver clear, immersive sound throughout the space, providing a engaging spectator experience without noise spill to adjacent areas.
To safeguard guest access and protect operational infrastructure, we implemented a managed wireless network that isolates guest devices from each other and from corporate hardware such as tills. This approach delivers reliable, highโperformance connectivity for patrons while preserving the integrity of critical business systems. The result is a unified, turnkey solution that harmonizes music, video, and promotional content with a secure, guestโfriendly digital environment, aligning with the venueโs brand and operational goals.
